If anything you order or receive as a gift from Truly Mom fails to meet your expectations, you may return the product, unused in the original packaging, for a full refund within the first 14 days. Please contact us by email to let us know you will be returning the product. Within 30 days of receipt, the product may be exchanged or store credit will be given. After 30 days because of the seasonal nature of our products, regretfully, they are not returnable. Additionally, customized items, such as stationery are not returnable at any time, unless upon receipt they are damaged or a mistake has been made in the order by Truly Mom, in which case we will promptly replace the item.
